01 Introduction
RapidPing provides secure network connectivity services using technologies such as V2Ray (Xray/REALITY) and WireGuard. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the full agreement between you and RapidPing.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of adulthood in your country, to use the Service. By using RapidPing, you confirm this is true and that your use of the Service follows the laws that apply to you.
03 Account Registration
To use the Service, you need an account. You agree to:
- Give accurate information (such as a valid email address) when you sign up or check out.
- Keep your login details private and secure.
- Tell us quickly if you think someone else has accessed your account without permission.
04 Subscription Plans
RapidPing offers plans that differ in data allowance, duration, and price, shown on our Pricing page at the time you buy. We may update plan details over time, but this will not change a plan you have already purchased.
05Billing & Cryptocurrency Payments
- Payments are made using cryptocurrency.
- It is your responsibility to send the correct amount, to the correct address, on the correct network, within the payment time window.
- Cryptocurrency payments generally cannot be reversed. Because of this, most payments are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for the exceptions.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Cryptocurrency exchange rates can change quickly, and the rate used is the one at the time of payment.
- Always wait until your wallet confirms that the transaction has been broadcast successfully, and save your transaction ID (TxID) until your order has been activated.
- Never send cryptocurrency to a payment address from a previous order unless we explicitly tell you to do so — each order uses its own unique address.
- We may delay, reject, or manually review any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, or potentially fraudulent, to protect both our users and our platform.
Payments & common mistakes
Crypto payments can go wrong in ways that traditional payments don't. Here's how we handle the most common situations:
- Underpayment (amount too low). If you send less than the required amount, your order will not activate automatically. You must contact support with your TxID to complete the remaining balance or work out next steps. If additional payment is required after the payment window has expired, the remaining balance may be recalculated using the current exchange rate. We reserve the right to cancel unpaid or partially paid orders after a reasonable period.
- Overpayment (amount too high). If you send more than the required amount, your order will activate normally if the payment is otherwise valid. The excess amount is generally not refundable and is not automatically credited to your account, unless we decide otherwise at our sole discretion — and any such decision does not create an obligation to do the same in future cases.
- Wrong wallet address. If you send funds to an address that doesn't belong to RapidPing, we cannot recover or refund them.
- Wrong blockchain network. Sending on an unsupported or incorrect network (for example, ERC20 instead of TRC20) can make your funds permanently unrecoverable. RapidPing is under no obligation to recover or manually process payments sent on an unsupported network, even if recovery is technically possible.
- Incorrect cryptocurrency. If you send a different cryptocurrency than the one requested (for example, sending ETH instead of USDT), we may be unable to identify or recover the payment — even if the asset is sent to a valid RapidPing wallet address.
- Duplicate payments. If you accidentally pay the same order more than once, please contact support before creating a new order. Any duplicate payment may require manual review and may not be refundable.
- Multiple transfers. If you split one payment into multiple transactions, automatic activation may fail. Please contact support with all transaction IDs (TxIDs) so we can verify your payment manually.
- Late payment. If your payment arrives after the checkout window expires, prices or exchange rates may have changed, and we may need to verify the payment manually before activating your plan. If the value received is lower than the amount required at the time of verification, we may request an additional payment before activating the order.
- Blockchain confirmations.Your subscription activates only once the required number of blockchain confirmations has been received — this isn't instant, and wait times depend on network congestion, not on us.
- Network fees. Any transaction fee charged by the blockchain itself is not collected by RapidPing and is not something we control.
- Exchange or wallet delays. We aren't responsible for delays caused by the exchange or wallet you used to send payment (for example, a withdrawal being held for review).
- Manual verification. In some cases we may ask you to provide your TxID so we can manually verify your payment.
If we are able to recover or manually process a payment made in error, we may charge a reasonable processing fee or deduct any blockchain transaction fees before issuing any credit or correction.
Third-party payment processor
Some cryptocurrency payments are processed through third-party payment providers. If a payment is sent incorrectly (including to the wrong network, an unsupported asset, or any other payment error), recovery may depend entirely on the cooperation and technical capabilities of that payment provider.
Because recovery depends on the payment provider, RapidPing cannot guarantee that an incorrect payment can be recovered, manually processed, or refunded, and is not responsible if the provider is unable or unwilling to assist. If recovery is possible, we will make reasonable efforts to work with the payment provider on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee a successful recovery or any particular response time.
If you're ever unsure about a payment, open a support ticket with your TxID. We'll make reasonable efforts to investigate the issue and assist you, but some payment issues depend on third-party providers or blockchain networks and may not be recoverable.
06 Renewals and Expiration
- A subscription lasts until either its time period ends or its data runs out — whichever happens first.
- Plans do not renew automatically. You can buy a renewal or a new plan whenever you like.
- You can also buy extra data (“top-ups”) to add to an active plan.
- Leftover data or time is not carried over or refunded once a plan expires, unless the law requires otherwise.
07 Refund Policy
RapidPing does not offer refunds. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, they generally cannot be reversed, and we are not able to process refunds once a plan has been purchased and activated, except in the limited cases described in our full Refund Policy.
Instead of refunds, we offer a low-cost 3-Day Pass so you can test our servers, speed, and compatibility with your device before committing to a full plan. We recommend trying the 3-Day Pass first if you are unsure whether the Service will work well for you.
If we make a mistake, we will make reasonable and timely efforts to fix it.
08 Acceptable Use
You may use RapidPing for any lawful purpose. You must not use the Service to harm other people, networks, or systems — for example:
- Sending spam or phishing messages.
- Attacking, hacking, or breaking into other systems (including DDoS attacks).
- Spreading malware or committing fraud.
- Breaking laws that apply to you.
- Infringing on someone else's rights or property.
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may suspend or permanently close your account. In serious cases, refunds will not be available.
09 Service Availability
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Some things are simply outside our control — internet providers, local network conditions, government restrictions, or other third-party infrastructure can all affect quality.
We cannot promise that RapidPing will work on every network or in every country. Some internet providers or governments may block or limit access to the Service. Changes made by third parties can happen without notice and may affect the Service immediately.
We also occasionally need to perform maintenance, which may cause short interruptions — we'll try to keep these to a minimum. From time to time, we may replace, remove, or relocate servers to improve reliability, performance, or security.
We do not guarantee any specific speed, latency, bandwidth, uptime, or uninterrupted access.
10 Server IP Addresses
Each RapidPing server uses a static IP address, which is shared among all users connected to that server at a given time. We do not currently offer a personal, per-user dedicated IP — the IP address you see reflects the server, not an address assigned exclusively to you.
We cannot guarantee that a server's IP address will remain unchanged permanently. Under certain circumstances — such as server migrations, network maintenance, infrastructure changes, IP blacklisting, or blocks imposed by third parties or internet providers — we may need to change a server's IP address.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep IP addresses stable and notify users in advance when possible, but we are not responsible for any issues, account restrictions, or losses (including on third-party platforms such as exchanges or other sensitive accounts) resulting from an IP address change, or from an IP being shared with other users.
11 Fair Usage
To keep the Service good for everyone, we may limit, slow down, or restrict an account if its usage seriously affects the stability, performance, or availability of the Service for other users — including excessive automated traffic, abuse, or unusually high resource consumption.
12Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or close your account without advance notice if:
- You break these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
- Your use of the Service creates a security or legal risk for us or other users.
- A payment tied to your account turns out to be fraudulent.
You can stop using the Service any time you like. Ending your account doesn't automatically entitle you to a refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
13 Intellectual Property
RapidPing's trademarks, logos, software, and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
14 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't make promises, written or implied, that it will always work perfectly, meet your specific needs, or be free of errors or interruptions.
15 Limitation of Liability
Where the law allows, RapidPing is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost business, or lost data resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
This includes situations caused by:
- Third-party network, ISP, or infrastructure problems.
- Government restrictions or censorship.
- Events nobody can control — wars, natural disasters, internet outages, datacenter failures, sanctions, or large-scale cyberattacks. In these situations, we will do our best to restore the Service, but we cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
Nothing here removes any rights you have that can't legally be limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RapidPing for the affected subscription.
16 Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that RapidPing faces because of your misuse of the Service or a violation of these Terms.
17 Security
We work hard to protect our systems, but no online service can ever be 100% secure. You are also responsible for protecting your own devices, passwords, and accounts.
18 Changes to the Service
We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific features, server locations, or protocols — at any time, as part of keeping the platform running well.
19 Changes in Technology
The internet and network technologies keep evolving, and so do we. We may introduce new protocols, change how existing ones work, or retire old ones over time to keep the Service fast, reliable, and secure.
20 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email or a notice on our website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the update.
21 Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit the rights granted to you under those laws.
22 Good Faith
We believe that a long-term relationship is built on fairness from both sides.
- If something goes wrong because of us, we will make reasonable efforts to fix it.
- If something goes wrong because of factors outside our control, we'll be honest about it and keep you informed.
We ask our users to treat our team with the same respect and honesty that we aim to show them. If you believe we have made a mistake, please contact us first via ticket or email. We'll always try to resolve problems fairly before they become disputes.
23 Communication
We communicate with our users in English. While we try to keep our language simple and easy to understand, translations provided by browsers or third-party tools are for convenience only. If there is any difference in meaning, the English version of these Terms will apply.
