01 Information We Collect
We collect the minimum needed to deliver your configuration and provide support:
- Email address — used to deliver your configuration and for account login (via magic link).
- Payment confirmation data — transaction ID and amount from the cryptocurrency network used to confirm your payment. We do not collect wallet balances or transaction history beyond the specific payment made to us.
- Data usage against your plan— the amount of your plan's data allowance used, so we can show it on your dashboard and apply top-ups correctly.
- Support communications — anything you send us directly when requesting help.
- Basic account metadata — subscription status, account creation date, last login time, and an internal account ID, so we can operate your account and dashboard.
We do not require your name, address, or any government-issued ID to create an account or purchase a plan.
02What We Don't Collect
To be specific about the boundary, we do not collect:
- Your browsing history or the destinations you connect to
- DNS requests
- The content of your traffic or messages
- Contacts, photos, or files
- Precise location data
- Advertising identifiers
03 How We Use It
We use the information above only to:
- Deliver and activate your VPN configuration
- Let you log in and manage your plan from your dashboard
- Track data usage against your plan's limit
- Respond to support requests
- Meet legal obligations where applicable
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, and we do not use it for advertising.
04 Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT. Payments are verified on the relevant blockchain, which is itself a public ledger outside our control. We store only the transaction reference needed to match your payment to your plan — we do not link your wallet address to your identity beyond that. Blockchain transactions are public by nature; anyone can look up a transaction on the relevant network, independent of anything RapidPing does or stores.
05Server Logs & Data Retention
We do not use traffic or browsing logs to monitor or profile your online activity — we're not interested in the websites you visit or the content of your traffic. We retain other data only as long as it's needed:
- Support tickets: up to 24 months
- Inactive accounts: up to 12 months after your last login, then deleted
- Invoices and payment records: as required by applicable law
07 Third-Party Apps
RapidPing configurations are designed to work with third-party client apps (such as v2rayNG, Nekoray, Hiddify, Shadowrocket, Clash, Sing-box, and WireGuard). Those apps are developed and maintained independently, and we do not control how they collect or process data. They have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.
08 Data Security
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, access controls that restrict account data to authorized personnel, and infrastructure designed to keep the surface area of what could be exposed as small as possible — a direct consequence of collecting as little as we do. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but this is how we approach it.
09 Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — ask us to delete your account and associated data

10 Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable law requires it (such as under the GDPR), we process your information on one of these bases: performance of a contract (delivering your plan and configuration), compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
11Children's Privacy
RapidPing is not intended for children under 13, or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
12 International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in different countries where our infrastructure or service providers operate. We take reasonable contractual and technical measures to protect your data when it's processed outside your country.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
